Hey, I’m Audra and I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and have lived in 4 of them. Not to brag but…I’ve developed some pretty amazing skills when it comes to planning a trip.

From a 2 month trip through Asia to 6 weeks in Europe to weekend getaways, I’ve learned a lot about the logistics of travel and I can save you from losing your mind trying to figure it out.

I have years of experience in researching and planning trips. I know where to look to find those great deals and how to craft an itinerary that gives you more time to explore.

After we have all the information, we’ll get started with researching everything and planning your itinerary.

Once we’ve perfected your itinerary, we’ll go over the details with you and you’ll be ready to book everything.

Why Hire Me to plan a Custom Travel Itinerary

A custom travel planner works with you one-on-one to create an itinerary based on your travel style, goals, and budget. With your input from the questionnaire and through telephone/email consultations, we will create a custom itinerary that is unique to your travel preferences.

Unlike a travel agent, we don’t have basic pre-packaged itineraries that everyone follows. These are truly one-of-a-kind itineraries based on your needs to give you a memorable vacation experience. Avoid the packaged tours with 30+ other people where you have 15 minutes to shuffle through a site like cattle.

Travel Planning Options

We have 3 travel planning options to choose from: a travel consultation to review your current travel plans and answer questions, organization of the itinerary you planned, or full custom itinerary planning.

Travel Consultation

You know where you want to go and have a list of places to visit. You’re not the planner type but prefer to live spontaneously and will decide what to do when you wake up each day.

However, you want advice on the best time of year to travel there, how to get around from point A to point B, or you just want some travel advice about your trip. We will review what you have and answer any questions you have about your destination.

Itinerary Organization

This option is for those who know where they want to go and prefer to do the research and planning themselves. Love that!

We’ll go over your itinerary and provide you with a list of recommendations to improve it. This can be anything from restructuring your days (not minute-by-minute) for efficiency or giving you advice on the best way to get from points A to B.

Custom Itinerary Planning

If all you know is where you want to go but that’s as far as you’ve gotten, then this option is for you. Maybe you loathe planning a trip or simply don’t have the time to devote to figuring it all out.

Custom Itinerary Planning includes us working out the details of everything from what to see to how to get around to finding the best accommodations for your budget. We’ll gather the best daily activities and you’ll get a detailed day-by-day breakdown of everything you need with maps, route information, and links to book it all.

We’ll go through the itinerary with you to answer any questions and go over route information. You’ll receive a full itinerary in PDF form to have with you on your phone.

I’m not a travel agent, but a travel planner. With a travel agent, you generally purchase a pre-packaged deal that has a set itinerary that cannot be altered. With a personal travel planner, your itinerary will be geared towards your specific interests and needs so that everything on your itinerary is something you want to do.

We don’t book any flights, accommodations, transportation, or activities but will provide all the necessary links to everything in your itinerary so that all you have to do is click the link and book it.

I strive to customize a trip exactly the way you want it, but sometimes there are miscommunications or indecisiveness that will require changes. Included in your plan is 2 rounds of revisions to make sure I get it right. After that, a small fee will be required for each revision.

Absolutely! We have been to a variety of places and have done countless hours of research on places we haven’t yet been to but plan to visit in the future. My process for researching and planning is the same for every destination whether it’s for my own trips or for you.

The sooner you get started, the better. Accommodations and activities will be booked up the closer it gets to your departure so you want to lock those reservations in at least 4 months out. I personally start my itinerary planning about 8 months before I leave.

Yes, even if you’ve already booked your flight, we can still create your itinerary. We will build upon what you’ve already booked.

Yes, we are experts at booking trips that span multiple countries and involve different types of transportation from flights, buses, trains, and ferries.

Yes, we will take that into consideration when planning your itinerary. If you have points that you want to use to book your flights or accommodations, I will find options for that so you can book with your points.

All our plans are non-refundable, however they do not have an expiration date. The itineraries can be used in the future.

Yes, absolutely! Just contact us and let us know which plan and we will send over a digital gift certificate.
