Traveling in the Caribbean

Traveling through the Caribbean is about much more than beautiful beaches and turquoise water. With dozens of islands to choose from, the region offers a mix of cultures, landscapes, history, food, and outdoor adventures. Popular destinations such as Jamaica, the Bahamas, Aruba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the U.S. Virgin Islands each offer a completely different experience.

Beyond the beaches, you can hike through the rainforests of Dominica, explore colorful colonial neighborhoods in Puerto Rico and Curaçao, climb waterfalls in Jamaica, snorkel and dive along coral reefs, or sail between the smaller islands of the Lesser Antilles. Cuba offers historic cities such as Havana and Trinidad, while St. Lucia is known for its dramatic Pitons and lush mountain scenery.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing island escape, local culture and history, snorkeling and diving, or an adventure-filled trip, the Caribbean has plenty to explore—and every island has its own personality.
